I'm not even sure where to start, Mel came to me as a client and I explained I had a mental GSD puppy (working line) I didnt know the difference till Hexi ran into my life. Hexi was attacked on her first ever walk out and has been nervous ever since. Mel met us and created a bond between me and Hexi that makes us an unstoppable duo now. Mel Recoginsed Hexi was toy orientated and not food and expalined in depth how I should reward Hexi and well the rest is history me and my girl are heading for a ultra platinum in obedience and we love our training days. I came to Mel with an issue I had with collar/leash reactivity with my 10 month old pup, Vinnie.

Mel came through to observe us on our routine work and instantly made some simple but effective recommendations. Mel was knowledgeable around the reasoning for Vinnie’s behaviour and provided hands on training to remediate. Mel had her own two dogs assist with the training which added a real life feel to the training. We took the time to practice what we had learned by walking past Teddy, who was a very helpful assistant!
